lady with eyes so green

watches unknown blooms grow to the ceiling

when, there went lightning

silver topped woman with a windows view

“I keep seeing faces

where there aren’t even face”

she keeps breaking all the sentimental things

they hold down paper thin feelings

“why does everything have to mean

so much to the tender heart”

it carries enough
